My coaching programs are one on one, or with families with no judgement and total privacy. My programs are client focused. I focus on educating on how to eat, your lifestyle, your health and taking back your power. Programs can be face to face or via zoom sessions. The minimum program is 6 weeks with 1 session per week. We talk about your health and your well-being and we set goals for each week. We include exercise that you prefer doing and I hold you accountable for commitments that you make.
The reason “diets” and just eating plans seldom work is because they are too radical and mainly not sustainable over the long term. I work with what you like to eat and give you meal plans and recipes according to your preferences and just generally work on getting you back to health. The recipes are designed to work for the whole family and so no separate and additional cooking.
It takes commitment and can only work if you are committed to making the changes needed. I am on your side and want to help you make the changes.

About Group Programs
A group program, max 8 people, runs over 4 weeks. This will include 1 zoom session or face to face with the group per week and each session around 2 hours. It will also include all materials for the program and will include meal plans and diet info.
There will be build up to a 5 day body reset, then the 5 day body reset, maintenance and education on how to eat, and will also have daily to weekly WhatsApp to the group with back up for anyone needing help, and also include exercise 3 times per week.
Meal requirements excluded and the cost is around R1700.00 per person. Cost of the course spread over the amount of participants with a maximum of 8 people.
